This Visa & Travel Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all customers, players, participants, team members, coaches, accompanying persons, and other individuals participating in or travelling through an international sports tour, cricket tour, tournament, sports camp, sporting event, or related travel service organized or facilitated by GoZoer Sports (“GoZoer Sports”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By booking, registering, making payment, submitting documents, or participating in an international GoZoer Sports tour, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

1. VISA APPROVAL DISCLAIMER

GoZoer Sports may assist with or coordinate visa documentation and application procedures where such services are included in the tour package.

However, GoZoer Sports does not guarantee visa approval.

All visa applications are subject to the independent decision of the relevant:

  • Embassy;

  • Consulate;

  • Immigration authority;

  • Government department;

  • Visa application center; or

  • Other competent authority.

GoZoer Sports has no authority to approve, reject, expedite, or guarantee a visa application.

A Participant's payment for a tour does not constitute a guarantee that a visa will be issued.

2. VISA REJECTION, DELAY OR REFUSAL

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for:

  • Visa rejection;

  • Visa refusal;

  • Visa delays;

  • Additional documentation requests;

  • Immigration interviews;

  • Biometric appointments;

  • Processing delays;

  • Changes in visa requirements;

  • Government decisions; or

  • Delays caused by embassies, consulates, visa centers, or immigration authorities.

Any refund or adjustment arising from visa rejection shall be handled according to the applicable GoZoer Sports Refund, Cancellation, Replacement & Adjustment Policy.

3. ACCURACY OF VISA INFORMATION

Participants are responsible for providing complete, accurate, genuine, and current information.

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for consequences arising from:

  • Incorrect information supplied by a Participant;

  • Incomplete documentation;

  • False or misleading information;

  • Invalid or expired documents;

  • Passport issues;

  • Previous immigration violations; or

  • Other personal circumstances affecting visa eligibility.

Where false or fraudulent information is identified, GoZoer Sports may suspend or cancel the relevant booking and take other lawful action where appropriate.

4. ENTRY INTO THE DESTINATION COUNTRY

Even where a visa has been granted, visa issuance does not necessarily guarantee entry into a country.

Final admission may be determined by immigration or border authorities at the point of entry.

GoZoer Sports does not control these decisions and shall not be responsible for an individual's inability to enter a destination country where the decision is made by the relevant authorities.

5. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

International travel may involve services provided by third parties, including:

  • Airlines;

  • Hotels;

  • Transportation companies;

  • Sports organizations;

  • Tour operators;

  • Venues;

  • Insurance companies; and

  • Other service providers.

GoZoer Sports may coordinate these services but does not control every aspect of their operation.

Participants are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party providers.

6. FLIGHT DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for delays, cancellations, route changes, missed connections, baggage delays, or other disruptions caused by airlines or other transportation providers, except to the extent responsibility is imposed on GoZoer Sports by applicable law or expressly accepted in writing.

Participants should follow the instructions of the relevant airline or transportation provider.

7. NATURAL DISASTERS AND UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS

International travel may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of GoZoer Sports, including:

  • Earthquakes;

  • Floods;

  • Severe storms;

  • Hurricanes/cyclones;

  • Extreme weather;

  • Wildfires;

  • Volcanic activity;

  • Epidemics or pandemics;

  • War;

  • Civil unrest;

  • Terrorism;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Border closures;

  • Political instability;

  • Strikes;

  • Transportation disruption;

  • Venue closures; and

  • Other force majeure events.

GoZoer Sports will make reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and assist Participants where reasonably possible.

8. INJURY AND SPORTING ACTIVITIES

Participation in cricket and other sporting activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of:

  • Injury;

  • Illness;

  • Accidents;

  • Physical damage;

  • Medical emergencies; and

  • Other unforeseen incidents.

Participants acknowledge that sporting activities carry inherent risks and should take appropriate precautions.

Participants are responsible for obtaining suitable sports, medical, and travel insurance before travelling.

Where an incident occurs, the Participant should contact the relevant emergency service, medical provider, insurance company, or assistance provider as appropriate.

9. MEDICAL EXPENSES

Unless expressly included in a written tour agreement, GoZoer Sports does not provide medical insurance for Participants.

Participants are responsible for their own:

  • Medical treatment;

  • Hospitalization;

  • Medication;

  • Emergency treatment;

  • Medical evacuation;

  • Ambulance costs;

  • Repatriation;

  • Specialist treatment; and

  • Other medical expenses.

Participants should ensure that their travel insurance provides adequate medical and emergency coverage for the destination and sporting activities involved.

10. DEATH OR FATAL INCIDENT

International travel and sporting activities involve inherent risks.

In the unfortunate event of the death of a Participant during a tour, the handling of:

  • Medical expenses;

  • Emergency response;

  • Repatriation;

  • Funeral arrangements;

  • Transportation of remains;

  • Insurance claims; and

  • Related financial assistance

shall be subject to the Participant's insurance coverage, applicable law, and the terms of the relevant service providers.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance that includes emergency medical treatment, accidental death benefits, repatriation, and other relevant coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoZoer Sports shall not be responsible for death arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from risks that are intended to be covered by the Participant's insurance.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are strongly advised, and may be required for certain tours, to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

Insurance should appropriately cover, where relevant:

  • Medical expenses;

  • Hospitalization;

  • Emergency treatment;

  • Sports participation;

  • Accidental injury;

  • Accidental death;

  • Medical evacuation;

  • Repatriation;

  • Trip interruption;

  • Trip cancellation;

  • Personal belongings;

  • Baggage loss;

  • Personal liability; and

  • Other foreseeable travel risks.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the insurance policy and ensuring that the coverage is sufficient for their individual circumstances and activities.

GoZoer Sports does not guarantee the adequacy, scope, or acceptance of any insurance policy.

12. INSURANCE CLAIMS

Where an incident is covered by travel or sports insurance, the Participant or their authorized representative should submit the relevant claim directly to the insurance provider.

GoZoer Sports may provide reasonable documentation relating to the tour where appropriate, but the final decision regarding an insurance claim rests with the insurance company.

GoZoer Sports is not an insurance provider and does not determine whether a claim will be accepted or paid.

13. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, including:

  • Passport;

  • Money;

  • Mobile phones;

  • Laptops;

  • Cameras;

  • Sporting equipment;

  • Jewellery;

  • Travel documents; and

  • Other valuables.

Participants should take reasonable precautions and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. PERSONAL CONDUCT

Participants remain responsible for their own actions during the tour.

GoZoer Sports shall not be responsible for consequences resulting from a Participant's:

  • Illegal conduct;

  • Reckless behavior;

  • Failure to follow safety instructions;

  • Failure to follow local laws;

  • Violation of visa conditions;

  • Unauthorized activities;

  • Misuse of alcohol or prohibited substances;

  • Deliberate misconduct; or

  • Failure to follow reasonable instructions,

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. LOCAL LAWS

Participants are responsible for complying with the laws of the country they visit.

Participants should understand that laws relating to:

  • Alcohol;

  • Drugs;

  • Public conduct;

  • Photography;

  • Driving;

  • Immigration;

  • Employment;

  • Identification documents; and

  • Other activities

may differ significantly between countries.

Ignorance of local law does not generally excuse non-compliance.

GoZoer Sports does not provide legal advice concerning the laws of destination countries.

16. GOVERNMENT AND IMMIGRATION DECISIONS

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for decisions made independently by:

  • Immigration authorities;

  • Embassies;

  • Consulates;

  • Border-control authorities;

  • Government departments;

  • Airlines;

  • Security authorities; or

  • Other competent authorities.

This includes decisions relating to visa approval, entry, departure, security clearance, travel restrictions, or other governmental matters.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Where an event, tour, transportation arrangement, accommodation, sporting activity, or other service is affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of GoZoer Sports, the Company will make reasonable efforts to manage the situation and communicate available options.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters;

  • War;

  • Terrorism;

  • Epidemics or pandemics;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Civil unrest;

  • Extreme weather;

  • Strikes;

  • Airline disruption;

  • Border closures;

  • Sporting-event cancellation;

  • Venue closure; or

  • Other extraordinary events.

Any refund, credit, adjustment, or alternative arrangement shall be governed by the applicable booking terms, third-party recovery, and applicable law.

18. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Each Participant is responsible for:

  • Obtaining required travel documents;

  • Checking passport validity;

  • Obtaining required visas;

  • Obtaining suitable insurance;

  • Providing accurate information;

  • Following travel instructions;

  • Following local laws;

  • Following sporting rules;

  • Following safety instructions;

  • Safeguarding personal belongings; and

  • Maintaining appropriate emergency contacts.

19. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

In an emergency, Participants should immediately contact the appropriate:

  • Local emergency services;

  • Police;

  • Hospital/medical provider;

  • Embassy/consulate;

  • Insurance assistance provider; or

  • Other competent authority.

GoZoer Sports may assist with communication and coordination where reasonably possible, but such assistance does not make the Company responsible for the underlying incident or associated costs.

20. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoZoer Sports shall not be liable for loss, injury, delay, damage, expense, or other consequences arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from the independent actions of a Participant or third party.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Visa decisions;

  • Immigration decisions;

  • Flight disruption;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Sporting injuries;

  • Medical emergencies;

  • Personal misconduct;

  • Loss or theft of belongings;

  • Third-party service failures; and

  • Other unforeseeable or uncontrollable events.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

By booking or participating in an international GoZoer Sports tour, the Participant acknowledges that:

☐ International travel involves inherent risks.

☐ Sporting activities involve the possibility of injury and other physical risks.

☐ Visa approval is not guaranteed.

☐ Entry into a destination country is determined by the relevant authorities.

☐ Travel schedules may be affected by airlines, government authorities, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

☐ I am responsible for obtaining appropriate travel, medical, sports, and emergency insurance.

☐ I understand that GoZoer Sports is not an insurance company.

☐ I understand that insurance claims must generally be made directly with the relevant insurance provider.

☐ I am responsible for complying with the laws and immigration requirements of the destination country.

☐ I understand that GoZoer Sports cannot guarantee my safety from every risk associated with international travel or sporting activities.

☐ I have reviewed and accepted the applicable GoZoer Sports Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, International Sports Tour Terms, and Participant Code of Conduct.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to mandatory legal rights and applicable jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising from or relating to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
