These Tournament & Event Rules (“Rules”) apply to all players, teams, captains, coaches, managers, officials, staff, volunteers, guests, sponsors, and other participants (“Participants”) taking part in any tournament, cricket match, sports event, league, competition, camp, or sporting activity organized, managed, promoted, or facilitated by GoZoer Sports (“GoZoer Sports”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for or participating in a GoZoer Sports tournament or event, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules together with any event-specific rules, registration terms, refund policy, and Participant Code of Conduct.
1. EVENT REGISTRATION
All teams and players must complete the registration process within the deadline specified for the relevant event.
Registration may require:

Team name;
-
Captain/manager details;
-
Player names;
-
Player identification;
-
Contact information;
-
Passport/ID information where applicable;
-
Player photographs where required;
-
Payment confirmation;
-
Emergency contact information; and
-
Other information required for event administration.
GoZoer Sports reserves the right to reject incomplete or inaccurate registrations.
2. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Each player must meet the eligibility requirements specified for the particular tournament or event.
Eligibility may be based on:

Age;
-
Nationality;
-
Residency;
-
Playing category;
-
Registration status;
-
Club/team affiliation;
-
Professional or amateur status;
-
Previous participation; or
-
Other event-specific requirements.
The final eligibility criteria will be communicated with the relevant event information.
3. PLAYER IDENTITY AND VERIFICATION
Players may be required to provide valid identification before or during the event.
GoZoer Sports may conduct identity or eligibility verification.
A player may be prevented from participating if:

Required identification is not provided;
-
Information is inconsistent;
-
The player cannot reasonably establish their identity; or
-
The player does not meet the event's eligibility requirements.
4. TEAM REGISTRATION
A team shall be responsible for providing accurate information regarding its players.
The Team Captain/Manager is responsible for:
-
Submitting the correct squad;
-
Providing accurate player information;
-
Ensuring players understand the event rules;
-
Communicating official event information;
-
Ensuring players arrive on time; and
-
Cooperating with event officials.
The Captain/Manager is not automatically legally responsible for the independent actions of adult players unless separately agreed in writing.
5. REGISTRATION FEES
All applicable registration fees must be paid within the specified deadline.
A team or player may not be permitted to participate until the required payment has been received and the registration has been confirmed.
Registration fees are subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. SQUAD SIZE
The permitted squad size, number of playing members, substitutes, overseas players, local players, or other player categories shall be specified for each tournament.
Only registered and eligible players may participate.
Adding an unregistered player may result in disciplinary action, including forfeiture of a match.
7. PLAYER SUBSTITUTION AND REPLACEMENT
Player replacements may only be made where permitted by the specific tournament rules.
GoZoer Sports may require:

Prior approval;
-
Updated registration information;
-
Identification documents; and/or
-
Payment of applicable administrative charges.
An unapproved replacement may not be permitted to participate.
8. MATCH FORMAT
Each tournament will have its own match format, which may include:
-
T20;
-
T10;
-
T15;
-
50-over;
-
Limited-over;
-
League format;
-
Knockout format;
-
Round-robin format;
-
Group stage; or
-
Other formats.
The applicable match format will be communicated before or during registration.
9. MATCH SCHEDULE
Match dates, times, venues, and fixtures will be communicated through official GoZoer Sports channels.
Participants must arrive sufficiently early for:
-
Registration;
-
Team briefing;
-
Warm-up;
-
Toss;
-
Player verification; and
-
Match commencement.
10. LATE ARRIVAL
Teams are responsible for arriving on time.
A team that arrives late may be subject to:
-
Reduced preparation time;
-
Toss-related consequences;
-
Reduced playing time;
-
Match forfeiture; or
-
Other reasonable sporting penalties specified in the event rules.
The applicable late-arrival procedure may vary by tournament.
11. TOSS
The toss shall be conducted according to the applicable tournament rules.
The designated captain or authorized team representative must be present for the toss.
Failure to attend the toss may result in the applicable tournament consequence.
12. UMPIRES AND OFFICIALS
The decisions of appointed umpires and match officials during the match shall be respected.
Players and team officials must not:

Threaten officials;
-
Intimidate officials;
-
Abuse officials;
-
Physically confront officials; or
-
Deliberately interfere with match administration.
Reasonable event procedures may be available for reporting genuine concerns regarding officiating.
13. MATCH BALL AND EQUIPMENT
The tournament organizer may specify:
-
Match ball;
-
Batting equipment;
-
Protective equipment;
-
Wicket type;
-
Boundary dimensions;
-
Playing surface;
-
Clothing requirements; and
-
Other equipment requirements.
Players are responsible for bringing appropriate personal protective equipment.
14. PLAYER SAFETY
Players participate in sporting activities at their own risk, subject to applicable law and the Company's legal obligations.
Players should use appropriate:
-
Helmets;
-
Pads;
-
Gloves;
-
Protective guards;
-
Footwear; and
-
Other safety equipment.
Players should immediately report injuries to event officials.
15. FITNESS TO PLAY
Players are responsible for determining whether they are fit to participate.
A player should not participate if they believe they are medically unfit or unable to safely participate.
GoZoer Sports may take reasonable safety measures where a participant appears unable to safely continue participating.
16. SPORTSMANSHIP
All players must demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Participants must:

Respect opponents;
-
Respect teammates;
-
Respect officials;
-
Follow the rules;
-
Avoid deliberate provocation;
-
Avoid abusive language;
-
Accept legitimate decisions; and
-
Maintain professional conduct.
17. ABUSIVE OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR
The following may constitute misconduct:
-
Verbal abuse;
-
Threats;
-
Aggressive confrontation;
-
Physical intimidation;
-
Fighting;
-
Deliberate physical contact;
-
Discriminatory abuse;
-
Harassment; or
-
Repeated unsporting behavior.
Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal from the match or event.
18. VIOLENCE
Physical violence will not be tolerated.
Any Participant involved in fighting or deliberate physical violence may be:
-
Removed from the match;
-
Suspended;
-
Disqualified;
-
Removed from the tournament;
-
Prohibited from future GoZoer Sports events; and/or
-
Referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.
19. MATCH FIXING AND SPORTING INTEGRITY
GoZoer Sports has zero tolerance for:
-
Match fixing;
-
Deliberate manipulation of results;
-
Bribery;
-
Corruption;
-
Deliberate underperformance;
-
Illegal betting related to event manipulation; or
-
Any attempt to improperly influence a sporting outcome.
Suspected serious violations may be investigated and referred to appropriate sporting or governmental authorities where appropriate.
20. BETTING AND GAMBLING
Participants must comply with applicable laws concerning betting and gambling.
Players, officials, coaches, and team representatives must not use confidential sporting information or their position to improperly influence betting activity.
Any event-specific betting restrictions will also apply.
21. DRUGS AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
Participants must comply with applicable laws concerning illegal drugs and prohibited substances.
The use, possession, distribution, or trafficking of illegal drugs at an event may result in immediate removal and may be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.
22. ALCOHOL
Participants must comply with applicable laws and venue rules concerning alcohol.
No Participant may attend a match or sporting activity while intoxicated to an extent that creates a safety, performance, or disciplinary concern.
23. SMOKING AND VAPING
Participants must comply with the smoking and vaping rules of the relevant venue and applicable law.
Smoking or vaping may only take place in designated areas where permitted.
24. DRESS CODE
Teams and players may be required to wear:

Official team uniforms;
-
Matching jerseys;
-
Appropriate sports clothing;
-
Appropriate footwear; and
-
Protective equipment.
Players may be prohibited from participating if their clothing or equipment does not meet reasonable safety or event requirements.
25. TEAM JERSEYS AND SPONSOR BRANDING
Teams may be required to comply with event-specific requirements concerning:
-
Sponsor logos;
-
Jersey design;
-
Branding;
-
Numbers;
-
Names; and
-
Other commercial identifiers.
GoZoer Sports may restrict branding that conflicts with event sponsors, venue policies, applicable law, or the event's commercial arrangements.
26. PRIZES AND AWARDS
Where prizes or awards are offered, eligibility will be based on the applicable event rules.
Awards may include:

Winner;
-
Runner-up;
-
Player of the Match;
-
Best Batter;
-
Best Bowler;
-
Best Player;
-
Best Fielder;
-
Tournament MVP; or
-
Other awards.
GoZoer Sports reserves the right to verify eligibility before releasing a prize.
27. CASH PRIZES
Where cash prizes are advertised, the applicable prize amount and eligibility requirements will be communicated for the relevant tournament.
Payment may be subject to:
-
Identity verification;
-
Team verification;
-
Completion of the tournament;
-
Confirmation of results;
-
Applicable documentation; and
-
Applicable law.
GoZoer Sports may delay prize payment where reasonable verification is required.
28. PRIZE DISPUTES
Where there is a genuine dispute concerning a result, player eligibility, scoring, or prize entitlement, GoZoer Sports may temporarily hold the relevant prize until the matter is reviewed.
The event organizer's final determination shall apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and the published tournament rules.
29. POINTS AND RANKINGS
For league or group-stage competitions, points may be awarded according to the published tournament format.
The applicable system may consider:

Wins;
-
Losses;
-
Ties;
-
No-results;
-
Bonus points;
-
Net run rate;
-
Head-to-head results; or
-
Other published criteria.
The specific tournament rules will determine the applicable ranking system.
30. WEATHER CONDITIONS
Cricket and outdoor sporting events may be affected by:
-
Rain;
-
Extreme heat;
-
Storms;
-
Poor playing conditions;
-
Lightning;
-
Flooding; or
-
Other weather conditions.
GoZoer Sports or the appointed officials may delay, shorten, reschedule, relocate, or cancel matches where reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.
31. MATCH ABANDONMENT
If a match cannot be completed because of weather, venue conditions, safety issues, or other circumstances, the result shall be determined according to the applicable tournament rules.
Possible outcomes may include:

No result;
-
Reduced overs;
-
Revised target;
-
Points sharing;
-
Rescheduled match; or
-
Other event-specific procedure.
32. VENUE RULES
All Participants must comply with the rules of the relevant venue.
This may include restrictions concerning:
-
Smoking;
-
Alcohol;
-
Food and beverages;
-
Spectators;
-
Parking;
-
Photography;
-
Equipment;
-
Access areas; and
-
General conduct.
Venue management may have the right to remove individuals who violate venue rules.
33. SPECTATORS AND GUESTS
Participants are responsible for ensuring that guests they bring to an event behave appropriately.
GoZoer Sports may ask a spectator or guest to leave where their behavior:
-
Creates a safety concern;
-
Disrupts the event;
-
Harasses participants;
-
Damages property; or
-
Violates venue rules.
34. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND LIVESTREAMING
GoZoer Sports may photograph, record, livestream, and publish event content for legitimate:
-
Event coverage;
-
Marketing;
-
Promotional;
-
Social media;
-
Sports reporting; and
-
Documentary purposes,
subject to applicable law and required consent.
Participants should avoid interfering with official recording.
35. SOCIAL MEDIA
Participants may share their event experience through social media provided that they do not:
-
Harass another person;
-
Publish private information without authorization;
-
Make unlawful threats;
-
Impersonate GoZoer Sports;
-
Deliberately publish fraudulent information; or
-
Misrepresent themselves as an official GoZoer Sports representative.
36. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Participants are responsible for their own:
-
Phones;
-
Wallets;
-
Money;
-
Watches;
-
Cricket equipment;
-
Bags;
-
Documents; and
-
Other personal belongings.
Participants should not leave valuables unattended.
37. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, Participants should seek appropriate medical assistance immediately.
GoZoer Sports may assist with contacting emergency services where reasonably possible.
Participants should maintain appropriate medical or sports insurance where appropriate.
38. INSURANCE
Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance where recommended or required.
GoZoer Sports is not an insurance provider and does not guarantee that a Participant's insurance will cover a particular injury, loss, or claim.
39. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Each Participant is responsible for their own actions and decisions.
GoZoer Sports is not responsible for losses arising from a Participant's independent:

Misconduct;
-
Negligence;
-
Violation of event rules;
-
Violation of law;
-
Unauthorized activity; or
-
Failure to follow reasonable instructions,
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
40. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
Depending on the seriousness of a violation, GoZoer Sports may issue:
Level 1 – Warning
For minor violations.
Level 2 – Official Warning
For repeated or more serious violations.
Level 3 – Match Suspension
Temporary suspension from participation.
Level 4 – Match Forfeiture / Disqualification
Where permitted under the event rules.
Level 5 – Tournament Suspension
Suspension from the remainder of the tournament.
Level 6 – Tournament Removal
Removal from the tournament.
Level 7 – Future Event Restriction
Restriction or refusal of future participation where reasonably justified.
Level 8 – Referral
Referral to a sporting body, venue, authority, or law-enforcement agency where appropriate.
41. TEAM DISQUALIFICATION
A team may be disqualified where serious violations are established, including:

Use of ineligible players;
-
Fraudulent registration;
-
Use of false documents;
-
Serious misconduct;
-
Match fixing;
-
Deliberate manipulation;
-
Violence;
-
Repeated rule violations; or
-
Other serious breaches.
The consequences of disqualification will depend on the applicable tournament rules.
42. INELIGIBLE PLAYER
If an ineligible or unregistered player participates, GoZoer Sports may impose appropriate consequences, including:

Match forfeiture;
-
Player suspension;
-
Team penalty;
-
Tournament disqualification; or
-
Other reasonable action under the applicable event rules.
43. PROTESTS AND COMPLAINTS
A team or Participant may raise a legitimate event-related complaint through the designated event procedure.
Complaints should be submitted promptly and include:
-
Team name;
-
Player name;
-
Match details;
-
Nature of the complaint;
-
Relevant evidence; and
-
Requested resolution.
Abusive or threatening complaints will not be tolerated.
44. EVENT OFFICIALS' AUTHORITY
GoZoer Sports may appoint:
-
Umpires;
-
Referees;
-
Scorers;
-
Match officials;
-
Tournament managers;
-
Venue representatives; and
-
Other event personnel.
Participants must cooperate with authorized officials.
45. RULE INTERPRETATION
Where a situation is not specifically covered by these Rules, GoZoer Sports and/or the designated tournament officials may make a reasonable determination based on:

The spirit of the competition;
-
Sporting fairness;
-
Safety;
-
Applicable governing-body rules; and
-
The circumstances of the event.
Any event-specific rules communicated before the tournament shall take precedence over general rules where they directly conflict.
46. CHANGES TO EVENT RULES
GoZoer Sports may make reasonable changes to event rules where necessary due to:
-
Venue requirements;
-
Weather;
-
Safety;
-
Number of participating teams;
-
Scheduling;
-
Sporting requirements;
-
Government requirements; or
-
Other operational circumstances.
Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
47. EVENT CANCELLATION
GoZoer Sports may postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
-
Severe weather;
-
Venue unavailability;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Safety concerns;
-
Insufficient participation;
-
Tournament authority requirements;
-
Force majeure; or
-
Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Refunds or adjustments, if applicable, will be handled according to the applicable event-specific and refund terms.
48. NO GUARANTEE OF SPORTING OUTCOME
GoZoer Sports does not guarantee:
-
Winning;
-
Qualification;
-
Player selection;
-
Playing time;
-
Awards;
-
Prize entitlement;
-
Performance;
-
Match results; or
-
Tournament progression.
Participation is subject to the applicable event rules and sporting decisions.
49. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoZoer Sports shall not be responsible for loss, injury, delay, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from a Participant's independent actions.
Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
50. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By registering for or participating in a GoZoer Sports tournament or event, the Participant confirms:

☐ I agree to follow the instructions of authorized event officials.
☐ I agree to respect players, officials, staff, opponents, spectators, and venue personnel.
☐ I agree to comply with applicable laws and venue rules.
☐ I understand that serious misconduct may result in suspension, disqualification, or removal.
☐ I understand that match schedules and event arrangements may change due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
☐ I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and appropriate insurance.
☐ I agree to the GoZoer Sports Participant Code of Conduct.
☐ I agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
51. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Rules shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory legal rights applicable to Participants.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Rules shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
