The GoZoer Sports Participant Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the standards of behavior expected from all participants, players, team officials, coaches, staff, representatives, guests, and other individuals participating in or travelling through a GoZoer Sports event, tournament, sports tour, cricket tour, camp, training program, or related activity.

The purpose of this Code is to maintain a safe, professional, respectful, disciplined, and enjoyable environment for all participants.

By registering for or participating in any GoZoer Sports activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code.


1. SCOPE OF THE CODE

This Code applies:

  • During GoZoer Sports events and tournaments;

  • During international sports tours;

  • During team travel;

  • At airports and transportation facilities;

  • At hotels and accommodation;

  • At sports venues;

  • During training and practice;

  • During official social activities;

  • During team meetings;

  • During official transfers;

  • During excursions included in the itinerary;

  • In official GoZoer Sports communication groups;

  • On official social media platforms; and

  • In any situation where a participant's conduct materially affects GoZoer Sports, another participant, a team, or an organized activity.


2. RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR

Every participant is expected to treat others with:

  • Respect;

  • Courtesy;

  • Professionalism;

  • Fairness;

  • Dignity; and

  • Good sportsmanship.

Participants must not engage in behavior that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, humiliating, intimidating, or deliberately disruptive.

This applies to interactions with:

  • Players;

  • Coaches;

  • Team managers;

  • Opposing teams;

  • Officials;

  • GoZoer Sports staff;

  • Hotel staff;

  • Drivers;

  • Venue staff;

  • Airline staff;

  • Local authorities;

  • Sponsors;

  • Partners; and

  • Members of the public.


3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VIOLENCE

Physical violence, threats of violence, intimidation, fighting, or deliberate physical harm will not be tolerated.

A participant involved in serious violence may be:

  • Removed from the activity;

  • Suspended from future activities;

  • Removed from the tour;

  • Reported to relevant authorities where appropriate; and/or

  • Held responsible for resulting damage or costs, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this Code limits any person's legal rights.


4. HARASSMENT AND BULLYING

GoZoer Sports does not tolerate:

  • Bullying;

  • Harassment;

  • Sexual harassment;

  • Unwanted sexual conduct;

  • Threatening behavior;

  • Repeated unwanted contact;

  • Humiliation;

  • Intimidation;

  • Abusive messages;

  • Discriminatory behavior; or

  • Targeted online harassment.

Complaints will be treated seriously and reviewed appropriately.


5. DISCRIMINATION

Participants must not discriminate against another person based on characteristics protected by applicable law.

This includes discriminatory conduct relating to, where legally protected:

  • Nationality;

  • Race;

  • Ethnicity;

  • Religion;

  • Gender;

  • Disability;

  • Age;

  • Or other legally protected characteristics.


6. SPORTSMANSHIP

All players and teams are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship.

Participants must:

  • Respect match officials;

  • Follow competition rules;

  • Respect opponents;

  • Accept legitimate decisions;

  • Avoid abusive language;

  • Avoid deliberate misconduct;

  • Respect teammates; and

  • Represent their team and GoZoer Sports professionally.

Disagreement with an umpire, referee, organizer, or official must be handled respectfully.


7. MATCH AND TOURNAMENT DISCIPLINE

Participants must follow the rules of the relevant:

  • Tournament;

  • Cricket league;

  • Sports federation;

  • Venue;

  • Governing body; and

  • Event organizer.

GoZoer Sports may impose additional event-specific rules.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Warning;

  • Suspension;

  • Removal from a match;

  • Disqualification;

  • Removal from the event; or

  • Other appropriate disciplinary action.


8. TEAM RESPONSIBILITY

Team captains, managers, coaches, and designated representatives may have additional responsibilities.

They are expected to:

  • Communicate important information;

  • Ensure players understand schedules;

  • Support appropriate discipline;

  • Cooperate with GoZoer Sports representatives; and

  • Report serious incidents where appropriate.

Team leadership does not make a captain or manager legally responsible for the independent actions of another adult participant unless a separate lawful agreement provides otherwise.


9. INTERNATIONAL TOUR CONDUCT

Participants travelling internationally must conduct themselves responsibly throughout the tour.

Participants must:

  • Follow the official itinerary;

  • Attend scheduled activities on time;

  • Follow reasonable instructions from tour representatives;

  • Respect local laws and customs;

  • Respect hotel and venue rules;

  • Maintain appropriate behavior in public places;

  • Follow transportation instructions; and

  • Avoid conduct that could endanger themselves or others.


10. IMMIGRATION COMPLIANCE

Participants are individually responsible for complying with the immigration and visa requirements of the destination country.

Participants must not intentionally:

  • Overstay their authorized stay;

  • Work without authorization;

  • Provide false information;

  • Use fraudulent documents;

  • Misrepresent the purpose of their travel; or

  • Breach applicable visa conditions.

GoZoer Sports does not control immigration decisions and does not guarantee any Participant's visa, entry, residence, or immigration status.

Any lawful immigration or protection rights available to a Participant remain governed by the laws of the relevant country.


11. LEAVING THE OFFICIAL GROUP

Participants should remain with the official group and follow the itinerary unless they have obtained appropriate permission or are otherwise lawfully required or entitled to make alternative arrangements.

If a Participant voluntarily leaves the organized itinerary without notifying the responsible GoZoer Sports representative, they may be responsible for:

  • Their own transportation;

  • Additional accommodation;

  • Missed activities;

  • Missed matches;

  • Additional travel costs; and

  • Other reasonable costs arising from their decision,

subject to applicable law and the applicable booking terms.


12. CURFEW AND GROUP TIMINGS

Where a tour has designated meeting times, departure times, check-in times, match reporting times, or reasonable group schedules, Participants are expected to comply.

Repeated lateness may affect:

  • Match participation;

  • Team arrangements;

  • Transportation;

  • Scheduled activities; or

  • Participation in the tour.

Participants are responsible for monitoring the official schedule and communications.


13. HOTEL AND ACCOMMODATION RULES

Participants must respect hotel and accommodation rules.

Participants must not:

  • Damage hotel property;

  • Disturb other guests;

  • Create excessive noise;

  • Enter restricted areas;

  • Engage in unauthorized activities;

  • Misuse hotel facilities; or

  • Allow unauthorized persons to use their room where prohibited.

Any charges imposed by the hotel because of a Participant's individual conduct may be the responsibility of that Participant, subject to applicable law.


14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Participants are responsible for intentional or negligent damage they cause to:

  • Hotels;

  • Sports venues;

  • Transportation;

  • Sports equipment;

  • Team property;

  • GoZoer Sports property; or

  • Third-party property.

Where a third party charges GoZoer Sports for damage attributable to a specific Participant, GoZoer Sports may seek reimbursement from that Participant where legally permissible.


15. ALCOHOL

Participants must comply with the laws of the country they are visiting regarding alcohol.

Alcohol must not be consumed:

  • Where prohibited by law;

  • During activities where consumption is prohibited;

  • Before participating in a sporting activity where it creates a safety risk;

  • While operating a vehicle; or

  • In a manner that creates a risk, disturbance, or misconduct.

Being under the influence of alcohol will not excuse misconduct.

GoZoer Sports may take appropriate action where alcohol-related behavior creates a safety or disciplinary concern.


16. ILLEGAL DRUGS AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES

Participants must comply with all applicable laws concerning controlled substances, prohibited drugs, and other illegal substances.

Possession, use, distribution, trafficking, or transportation of illegal drugs or prohibited substances may result in immediate removal from the activity and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.

Participants are responsible for understanding the laws of the destination country.


17. WEAPONS AND DANGEROUS ITEMS

Participants must comply with applicable laws and venue rules concerning weapons and dangerous items.

No Participant may bring an unlawful weapon or dangerous item to a GoZoer Sports event, hotel, venue, transportation facility, or organized activity.


18. GAMBLING AND BETTING

Participants must comply with the laws of the destination country concerning gambling, betting, and related activities.

Participants must not use their position as a player, official, team member, or participant to manipulate:

  • Matches;

  • Scores;

  • Player performance;

  • Results; or

  • Competition outcomes.

Match-fixing and deliberate manipulation of sporting events are strictly prohibited.


19. MATCH-FIXING AND CORRUPTION

GoZoer Sports has zero tolerance for:

  • Match-fixing;

  • Bribery;

  • Corruption;

  • Deliberate manipulation of results;

  • Accepting improper payments;

  • Offering improper benefits; or

  • Attempting to influence sporting outcomes dishonestly.

Any suspected serious sporting integrity violation may be referred to the relevant sporting authority or competent authority.


20. SOCIAL MEDIA CONDUCT

Participants are responsible for content they publish online.

Participants must not use social media to:

  • Threaten another person;

  • Harass another participant;

  • Publish private information without authorization;

  • Spread deliberately false allegations;

  • Impersonate GoZoer Sports;

  • Misrepresent themselves as an official representative;

  • Publish confidential travel information inappropriately;

  • Encourage unlawful behavior; or

  • Damage the reputation of another participant through unlawful conduct.

Participants should exercise particular care when posting photographs or videos of other individuals.


21. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

Official GoZoer Sports events may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed.

Participants must not intentionally interfere with official photography, filming, or livestreaming.

Participants should also respect the privacy and reasonable preferences of other individuals when recording or publishing content.

Any separate media-consent terms applicable to an event shall also apply.


22. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Participants may receive confidential or private information concerning:

  • Other participants;

  • Team members;

  • Travel arrangements;

  • Personal information;

  • Accommodation;

  • Internal operations;

  • Commercial arrangements; or

  • Event administration.

Participants must not misuse or unlawfully disclose confidential information.


23. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

Participants must respect the personal information of other participants.

Participants must not collect, publish, distribute, or misuse another person's:

  • Passport information;

  • Identification documents;

  • Phone number;

  • Address;

  • Financial information;

  • Private photographs;

  • Private messages; or

  • Other personal information

without appropriate authorization or lawful basis.


24. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for their personal expenses unless expressly included in their tour or event package.

This may include:

  • Personal shopping;

  • Additional food and beverages;

  • Personal transportation;

  • Excess baggage;

  • Room-service charges;

  • Hotel damages;

  • Personal medical expenses;

  • Visa-related charges;

  • Lost travel documents;

  • Missed-flight costs; and

  • Other personal expenses.


25. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Participants must safeguard their:

  • Passport;

  • Visa;

  • Emirates ID or identification;

  • Tickets;

  • Insurance documents; and

  • Other travel documents.

Loss or damage of important travel documents must be reported promptly to the appropriate GoZoer Sports representative and relevant authorities where necessary.


26. SAFETY

Participants must follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by:

  • GoZoer Sports representatives;

  • Coaches;

  • Venue personnel;

  • Hotel personnel;

  • Transportation providers;

  • Tournament officials; and

  • Relevant authorities.

Participants must not deliberately place themselves or others in unnecessary danger.


27. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

Participants should immediately report serious injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies to the appropriate tour representative or emergency service.

Where emergency assistance is required, local emergency services should be contacted.

Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate medical/travel insurance where required or recommended.


28. EMERGENCY CONTACT

Participants may be required to provide an emergency contact before travelling.

GoZoer Sports may contact the nominated emergency contact where reasonably necessary and legally permissible, including in serious emergencies or situations involving participant safety.


29. MINOR PARTICIPANTS

Where minors participate in a GoZoer Sports activity, additional parental/guardian requirements may apply.

Parents or legally authorized guardians may be required to provide:

  • Consent;

  • Identification;

  • Emergency contact details;

  • Travel authorization; and

  • Other documentation required by law or the tour organizer.


30. ANTI-FRAUD REQUIREMENTS

Participants must not:

  • Use another person's identity;

  • Submit forged documents;

  • Make fraudulent payment claims;

  • Misrepresent qualifications;

  • Falsify sports records;

  • Manipulate registration information; or

  • Attempt to obtain benefits through deception.

Fraudulent conduct may result in cancellation and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.


31. RESPECT FOR LOCAL LAWS AND CUSTOMS

Participants travelling internationally are expected to respect the laws, regulations, cultural norms, and reasonable public conduct requirements of the destination country.

Participants are personally responsible for understanding the laws applicable to their conduct.


32. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTING

Participants may report serious concerns involving:

  • Harassment;

  • Violence;

  • Discrimination;

  • Safety;

  • Fraud;

  • Sporting integrity;

  • Serious misconduct; or

  • Other Code violations

to GoZoer Sports through its official communication channels.

Reports should contain sufficient information to allow the Company to review the matter.


33. INVESTIGATION OF INCIDENTS

Where a serious incident is reported, GoZoer Sports may:

  • Review available information;

  • Speak with involved participants;

  • Request supporting evidence;

  • Review photographs, videos, or communications;

  • Consult event officials;

  • Contact relevant service providers; and

  • Take appropriate interim measures.

GoZoer Sports will make reasonable efforts to handle complaints fairly and appropriately.


34. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, GoZoer Sports may take one or more of the following actions:

Level 1 – Verbal Warning

For minor first-time violations.

Level 2 – Written Warning

For repeated or more serious violations.

Level 3 – Suspension

Temporary suspension from matches, activities, or events.

Level 4 – Removal from Activity

Removal from a specific match, event, or activity.

Level 5 – Removal from Tour

Removal from an international sports tour where serious conduct creates a safety, operational, or legal concern.

Level 6 – Future Participation Restriction

Restriction or refusal of future participation where reasonably justified.

Level 7 – Referral

Referral to relevant sporting bodies, service providers, authorities, or other competent organizations where appropriate or legally required.


35. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL

GoZoer Sports may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect:

  • Participants;

  • Staff;

  • Officials;

  • The public;

  • Property;

  • Event integrity; or

  • The safe operation of the tour.

Immediate action may be taken in cases involving serious violence, threats, dangerous conduct, major property damage, serious fraud, or other significant misconduct.


36. FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF MISCONDUCT

Where a Participant's misconduct causes reasonably identifiable additional costs, the Participant may be responsible for those costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Examples may include:

  • Property damage;

  • Additional transportation;

  • Replacement accommodation;

  • Administrative expenses;

  • Third-party charges; or

  • Other reasonable costs directly resulting from the Participant's misconduct.


37. NO REFUND FOLLOWING SERIOUS MISCONDUCT

Where a Participant is removed from an event or tour because of serious misconduct, any refund or adjustment will be determined under the applicable booking and refund terms and applicable law.

Serious misconduct does not create an automatic right to a refund.


38. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL ACTIONS

Each adult Participant is responsible for their own actions, decisions, and conduct.

GoZoer Sports does not accept responsibility for unlawful or unauthorized actions independently undertaken by a Participant.

Nothing in this Code creates automatic legal or financial responsibility for a Participant's actions on family members, emergency contacts, captains, coaches, or guarantors.

Any separate guarantee or undertaking will be governed by its own written terms and applicable law.


39. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES

GoZoer Sports may cooperate with police, immigration authorities, government agencies, sporting authorities, venue management, airlines, hotels, or other competent authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary.


40. NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Code is intended to:

  • Restrict a person's legal rights;

  • Prevent a person from seeking medical assistance;

  • Prevent a person from contacting authorities;

  • Prevent a person from obtaining independent legal advice; or

  • Prevent a person from exercising any lawful immigration or protection right.


41. CHANGES TO THE CODE

GoZoer Sports may update this Code from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in services;

  • Changes in sporting requirements;

  • Changes in travel requirements;

  • Safety considerations;

  • Legal requirements; or

  • Operational needs.

The latest version will be published on GoZoerSports.com.


42. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Code shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory legal rights applicable to the Participant.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to this Code shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


43. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Before participating in a GoZoer Sports event or international sports tour, each Participant may be required to confirm:

☐ I have read and understood the GoZoer Sports Participant Code of Conduct.

☐ I agree to behave respectfully and professionally.

☐ I agree to follow applicable sporting, venue, hotel, airline, and tour rules.

☐ I agree to comply with the laws of the destination country.

☐ I understand that I am personally responsible for my own conduct and actions.

☐ I understand that serious misconduct may result in suspension or removal from an event or tour.

☐ I understand that I may be responsible for reasonable costs caused by my misconduct where permitted by applicable law.

☐ I understand that GoZoer Sports does not control immigration decisions or guarantee visa or entry outcomes.

☐ I agree to cooperate with reasonable safety and operational instructions.

☐ I understand that this Code should be read together with the GoZoer Sports Terms & Conditions and applicable tour, refund, privacy, and event policies.
