INTERNATIONAL SPORTS TOUR

PARTICIPANT TRAVEL, VISA, CONDUCT & RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

GoZoer Sports
Website: GoZoerSports.com
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Jurisdiction: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

These International Sports Tour Participant Travel, Visa, Conduct & Return Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals participating in, registering for, or travelling through an international sports tour, cricket tour, tournament, sports camp, sporting event, or related international program organized, arranged, promoted, or facilitated by GoZoer Sports (“GoZoer Sports”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for or making payment toward an international sports tour, the participant (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS

International sports tours involve travel to another country for legitimate sporting, tourism, training, competition, or related purposes.

The purpose of these Terms is to establish clear requirements concerning:

  • Visa applications;

  • Travel documentation;

  • Group travel;

  • Immigration compliance;

  • Participant conduct;

  • Return obligations;

  • Accommodation and tour participation;

  • Communication with GoZoer Sports;

  • Misuse of a sports-tour visa or travel arrangement; and

  • Responsibilities of Participants and their nominated guarantors/sponsors.

2. LEGITIMATE PURPOSE OF TRAVEL

The Participant confirms that they are travelling for the genuine purpose for which the tour has been organized, including sporting participation, competition, training, tourism, or other activities expressly included in the tour itinerary.

The Participant must not use a GoZoer Sports tour, invitation, registration, supporting documentation, or visa facilitation process as a means to:

  • Enter a country under false pretences;

  • Remain unlawfully after the permitted period;

  • Seek unauthorized employment;

  • Engage in fraudulent activities;

  • Provide false or misleading information to immigration authorities;

  • Misrepresent the purpose of travel;

  • Facilitate unauthorized immigration by another person; or

  • Circumvent immigration or visa requirements.

3. IMMIGRATION AND VISA COMPLIANCE

Each Participant is responsible for complying with the immigration, visa, entry, residence, employment, and other applicable laws of the destination country.

GoZoer Sports does not control immigration decisions and does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval;

  • Entry into the destination country;

  • Permission to remain in the destination country;

  • Extension of a visa;

  • Re-entry into any country; or

  • Any immigration outcome.

The final decision regarding visa issuance and entry remains with the relevant government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, border authority, or other competent authority.

4. GROUP VISA APPLICATIONS

Where GoZoer Sports is organizing a team or group tour, visa applications may be coordinated and submitted on a group/team basis, subject to the requirements and procedures of the relevant embassy, consulate, visa center, immigration authority, or destination country.

Participants may therefore be required to provide their documentation within the Company's specified deadline so that the group application can be prepared and processed efficiently.

Group processing does not mean that every Participant will necessarily receive the same immigration decision.

Each Participant remains individually responsible for the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, and validity of their personal documentation.

Where the relevant authority requires individual applications, appointments, interviews, biometric submissions, or additional documentation, the Participant must comply with those requirements.

5. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Participants must provide genuine, accurate, current, and complete documentation requested by GoZoer Sports or the relevant authorities.

Documents may include:

  • Passport;

  • Passport photographs;

  • Emirates ID or other identification;

  • Visa application forms;

  • Employment or business documents;

  • Financial documents;

  • Travel history;

  • Accommodation information;

  • Return/travel arrangements;

  • Insurance documentation;

  • Emergency contact details;

  • Parental/guardian authorization where applicable; and

  • Any other documentation required by the relevant authorities.

GoZoer Sports may refuse to submit or continue processing an application where required information is missing, inconsistent, inaccurate, or appears unreliable.

6. FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION

A Participant must not provide false, forged, altered, misleading, or incomplete information to GoZoer Sports, visa authorities, immigration authorities, airlines, hotels, tournament organizers, or any other relevant party.

If false or misleading information is discovered, GoZoer Sports may:

  • Suspend or cancel the Participant's participation;

  • Decline to submit or continue processing the application;

  • Notify relevant parties where legally appropriate;

  • Terminate the Company's relationship with the Participant; and/or

  • Take any other lawful action available to it.

Any resulting financial or legal consequences shall remain the responsibility of the person who provided or used the false information, subject to applicable law.

7. RETURN-TO-COUNTRY COMMITMENT

Where reasonably required as part of the Company's internal risk-management and participant verification process, Participants may be required to sign a Return-to-Country Declaration confirming that they understand their obligation to comply with the destination country's immigration rules and to depart before the expiry of their authorized stay unless they have lawfully obtained permission to remain.

Participants may also be required to provide evidence of:

  • Their employment or business;

  • Family or professional commitments;

  • Residence status;

  • Financial circumstances;

  • Previous travel compliance; or

  • Other legitimate ties to their country of residence.

These requirements are intended as risk-management measures and do not replace or override any immigration authority's requirements.

8. GUARANTOR / SPONSOR REQUIREMENT

GoZoer Sports may, at its discretion and where appropriate, require a Participant to nominate a Guarantor/Sponsor before confirming participation in an international sports tour.

The Guarantor/Sponsor may be required to:

  • Provide valid identification;

  • Provide contact details;

  • Confirm their relationship with the Participant;

  • Confirm that they are aware of the Participant's travel plans;

  • Sign a separate guarantee/undertaking document;

  • Confirm the Participant's intended return;

  • Cooperate with GoZoer Sports regarding reasonable verification; and

  • Assist with communication in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

The Company may require the Guarantor/Sponsor to satisfy reasonable eligibility and verification requirements.

9. LIMITATION OF GUARANTOR RESPONSIBILITY

A Guarantor/Sponsor is not automatically legally responsible for the Participant's immigration conduct merely because they have provided contact details or signed a document.

Any financial, contractual, or other responsibility of a Guarantor/Sponsor shall arise only to the extent expressly stated in a separate written undertaking and permitted by applicable law.

GoZoer Sports does not represent that a guarantor can legally compel a Participant to leave a foreign country or prevent a Participant from making an immigration claim.

10. OVERSTAY, ABSENCE OR UNAUTHORIZED STAY

If a Participant:

  • Overstays their visa;

  • Remains in the destination country without lawful authorization;

  • Disappears from the official tour;

  • Separates from the group without authorization;

  • Fails to return as scheduled;

  • Violates immigration conditions; or

  • Otherwise becomes unlawfully present,

such conduct is the individual responsibility of the Participant.

GoZoer Sports does not authorize, encourage, facilitate, or assume responsibility for such conduct.

The Participant may be personally responsible for any resulting:

  • Immigration penalties;

  • Fines;

  • Detention;

  • Deportation;

  • Legal proceedings;

  • Travel expenses;

  • Accommodation expenses;

  • Legal expenses; or

  • Other consequences,

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. ASYLUM, PROTECTION OR OTHER IMMIGRATION CLAIMS

GoZoer Sports does not provide immigration advice and does not determine whether a person qualifies for asylum, refugee protection, humanitarian protection, residence, employment authorization, or any other immigration status.

If a Participant independently chooses to make an asylum, protection, immigration, residence, or other legal claim after entering a destination country, that decision and the resulting legal process are the Participant's individual responsibility.

GoZoer Sports does not:

  • Encourage Participants to make such claims;

  • Guarantee the outcome of such claims;

  • Provide legal representation for such claims; or

  • Accept responsibility for the Participant's immigration status or proceedings.

The Company will comply with lawful requests or obligations imposed by competent authorities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent, restrict, or penalize any person from exercising a legal right available to them under the laws of the destination country.

12. COMPANY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIVIDUAL IMMIGRATION MISCONDUCT

If a Participant independently:

  • Leaves the official tour;

  • Disappears from the group;

  • Remains in the destination country;

  • Overstays;

  • Works without authorization;

  • Makes an immigration claim;

  • Violates visa conditions; or

  • Otherwise breaches the laws of the destination country,

GoZoer Sports shall not be responsible for that Participant's individual conduct, except to the extent that responsibility is imposed on the Company by applicable law.

The Company's role is limited to the services expressly agreed with the Participant.

13. FAMILY / EMERGENCY CONTACT

Participants may be required to provide the details of a family member, parent, guardian, emergency contact, or other responsible contact person.

Where legally permissible, GoZoer Sports may contact the nominated person if:

  • The Participant becomes unreachable;

  • A serious emergency occurs;

  • The Participant leaves the organized tour;

  • There is a significant safety concern; or

  • The Company reasonably believes urgent communication is required.

Providing an emergency contact does not automatically make that person legally or financially responsible for the Participant.

Any additional responsibility must be established through a valid written agreement and must comply with applicable law.

14. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the tour.

Participants must comply with:

  • Destination-country laws;

  • Visa conditions;

  • Airline rules;

  • Hotel rules;

  • Sports-event rules;

  • Tournament regulations;

  • Team instructions;

  • Tour schedules;

  • Safety instructions; and

  • Reasonable instructions issued by authorized GoZoer Sports representatives.

The following may result in removal from the tour or termination of participation, subject to applicable law:

  • Illegal activity;

  • Violence or threats;

  • Fraud;

  • Harassment;

  • Serious misconduct;

  • Damage to property;

  • Deliberate disruption of the tour;

  • Misuse of travel documents;

  • Unauthorized departure from the group; or

  • Conduct that creates a material risk to other Participants or the Company.

15. PARTICIPANT LEAVING THE TOUR

If a Participant voluntarily leaves the official tour itinerary or group without authorization, GoZoer Sports may treat the Participant as having withdrawn from the organized tour.

In such circumstances, the Company may not be responsible for:

  • Additional accommodation;

  • Local transportation;

  • Return transportation;

  • Missed activities;

  • Missed matches;

  • Missed flights;

  • Visa consequences;

  • Immigration consequences;

  • Additional personal expenses; or

  • Other costs arising from the Participant's decision,

subject to applicable law.

16. RETURN TRAVEL

Where the tour includes return transportation, Participants are expected to follow the confirmed itinerary and return arrangements.

A Participant who intentionally misses or abandons the arranged return journey may be responsible for any additional costs required to arrange alternative travel.

This may include:

  • New airline tickets;

  • Transportation;

  • Accommodation;

  • Administrative charges; and

  • Other reasonable expenses.

17. NO GUARANTEE OF ENTRY OR EXIT

A GoZoer Sports booking, invitation, visa support document, tour registration, or payment confirmation does not guarantee that a Participant will be:

  • Granted a visa;

  • Permitted to enter the destination country;

  • Permitted to remain for the entire planned duration; or

  • Permitted to re-enter any country.

These decisions remain under the authority of the relevant governmental and immigration authorities.

18. MEDICAL, INSURANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance where required or recommended.

Participants should disclose relevant information to their insurer and comply with the insurer's requirements.

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for medical expenses, treatment, evacuation, hospitalization, or other personal expenses unless expressly included in the purchased tour package or otherwise required by applicable law.

19. MINOR PARTICIPANTS

Where a Participant is under the applicable age of majority, the Company may require written consent and documentation from a parent or legally authorized guardian.

The parent or guardian may be required to acknowledge the Participant's travel arrangements, conduct requirements, and applicable tour terms.

Nothing in these Terms removes any legal rights or protections applicable to minors.

20. NO IMMIGRATION GUARANTEE

GoZoer Sports is a sports-tour and event services provider and is not an immigration authority.

Unless expressly stated in writing, the Company does not provide a guarantee regarding:

  • Visa approval;

  • Immigration approval;

  • Asylum/protection outcomes;

  • Residence status;

  • Work authorization;

  • Entry permission;

  • Length of stay; or

  • Return to the Participant's country.

Participants requiring legal immigration advice should obtain advice from a suitably qualified immigration lawyer or authorized immigration professional.

21. COMPANY COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES

GoZoer Sports reserves the right to cooperate with competent government, immigration, law-enforcement, airport, embassy, consular, or other authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.

The Company may provide relevant information or documentation where disclosure is required by law or valid legal process.

22. INFORMATION ACCURACY

Participants must immediately notify GoZoer Sports if any material information supplied for the tour or visa application changes.

This may include:

  • Passport details;

  • Employment status;

  • Contact information;

  • Travel history;

  • Visa status;

  • Criminal/legal restrictions where legally required to be disclosed;

  • Accommodation information; or

  • Other information relevant to the application or tour.

23. TOUR CONFIRMATION

A Participant's place on a tour is not considered fully confirmed until:

  1. Required registration information has been received;

  2. Required documentation has been provided;

  3. Applicable payments have been received;

  4. The Participant has accepted the relevant terms;

  5. Visa/application requirements have been satisfied where applicable; and

  6. GoZoer Sports has issued confirmation.

24. BREACH OF THESE TERMS

If a Participant materially breaches these Terms, GoZoer Sports may, subject to applicable law:

  • Cancel the Participant's participation;

  • Remove the Participant from the tour;

  • Refuse future bookings;

  • Notify relevant parties where legally appropriate;

  • Recover reasonable costs caused by the breach; and/or

  • Take other lawful action.

Cancellation or removal resulting from Participant misconduct will generally not create an entitlement to a refund, subject to the applicable Refund, Cancellation, Replacement & Adjustment Policy and mandatory UAE law.

25. RELATIONSHIP WITH REFUND POLICY

These Terms should be read together with the GoZoer Sports Refund, Cancellation, Replacement & Adjustment Policy.

In particular, Participants acknowledge that international sports tours involve advance commitments and may be subject to strict cancellation and refund conditions.

Where the two policies address different subjects, each shall apply to its respective subject matter.

26. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to mandatory legal rights and applicable jurisdictional requirements, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by GoZoer Sports shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
