By accessing the Website, purchasing a product, registering for an event, booking a tour, or participating in any GoZoer Sports activity, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

4. VISA DISCLAIMER

GoZoer Sports does not guarantee the approval or issuance of any visa.

Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, government department, or other competent authority.

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for:

  • Visa rejection;

  • Visa refusal;

  • Visa processing delays;

  • Additional document requests;

  • Immigration interviews;

  • Entry refusal; or

  • Changes in immigration requirements.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and genuine documentation and complying with applicable immigration laws.

5. ENTRY INTO A DESTINATION COUNTRY

A visa or travel authorization does not necessarily guarantee entry into a country.

Final entry decisions may be made by immigration or border authorities.

GoZoer Sports does not control such decisions and cannot guarantee admission into any destination country.

6. SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY RISKS

Participation in cricket, sports tournaments, training, matches, camps, and other physical activities involves inherent risks.

These may include:

  • Accidental injury;

  • Muscle injury;

  • Fractures;

  • Falls;

  • Collision;

  • Illness;

  • Dehydration;

  • Heat-related illness;

  • Equipment-related injury; and

  • Other unforeseen physical risks.

Participants voluntarily participate in sporting activities with knowledge that such risks may exist.

Participants should ensure that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating and should obtain appropriate insurance where necessary.

7. MEDICAL TREATMENT

GoZoer Sports is not a medical provider.

Where a Participant suffers an injury or medical emergency, GoZoer Sports may assist in contacting appropriate emergency or medical services where reasonably possible.

Participants are responsible for their own medical treatment and expenses unless expressly covered by a written agreement.

Participants are strongly advised to maintain appropriate:

  • Medical insurance;

  • Sports insurance;

  • Travel insurance;

  • Emergency medical coverage; and

  • Repatriation coverage.

8. DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY

International travel and sporting activities may involve risks of serious injury or, in exceptional circumstances, death.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoZoer Sports shall not be responsible for death, injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from:

  • Circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control;

  • A Participant's independent actions;

  • A Participant's failure to follow safety instructions;

  • A Participant's pre-existing circumstances;

  • Third-party actions; or

  • Inherent risks associated with sporting activities.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Participants should obtain appropriate insurance that includes accidental injury, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, accidental death, and repatriation where appropriate.

9. INSURANCE

GoZoer Sports is not an insurance company and does not provide insurance unless expressly stated in writing.

Participants are responsible for obtaining suitable insurance for their individual circumstances.

Insurance may be particularly important for international sports tours and should appropriately cover, where relevant:

  • Medical treatment;

  • Hospitalization;

  • Sports participation;

  • Accidental injury;

  • Emergency evacuation;

  • Repatriation;

  • Trip cancellation;

  • Trip interruption;

  • Baggage;

  • Personal belongings; and

  • Personal liability.

GoZoer Sports does not guarantee that a Participant's insurance claim will be accepted or paid.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Certain services may be provided by independent third parties, including:

  • Airlines;

  • Hotels;

  • Transportation providers;

  • Sports venues;

  • Tournament officials;

  • Insurance providers;

  • Visa service providers;

  • Local tour operators;

  • Coaches;

  • Trainers;

  • Suppliers; and

  • Other contractors or partners.

GoZoer Sports may coordinate or facilitate these services but does not control every action or decision of independent third parties.

  • Mobile phones;

  • Laptops;

  • Cameras;

  • Jewellery;

  • Sporting equipment;

  • Travel documents; and

  • Other personal items.

15. NATURAL DISASTERS AND FORCE MAJEURE

GoZoer Sports shall not be responsible for delay, cancellation, interruption, loss, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Earthquakes;

  • Floods;

  • Storms;

  • Extreme weather;

  • Wildfires;

  • Volcanic activity;

  • War;

  • Terrorism;

  • Civil unrest;

Any refund, credit, adjustment, or alternative arrangement will be governed by the applicable event-specific terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Participants remain responsible for their own behavior.

GoZoer Sports is not responsible for consequences arising from a Participant's:

  • Illegal conduct;

  • Reckless behavior;

  • Misconduct;

  • Violation of local law;

  • Violation of visa conditions;

  • Failure to follow safety instructions;

  • Unauthorized activities; or

  • Deliberate actions,

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. IMMIGRATION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Participants are individually responsible for complying with:

  • Immigration laws;

  • Visa conditions;

  • Local laws;

  • Entry requirements;

  • Departure requirements;

  • Employment restrictions; and

  • Other applicable legal requirements.

GoZoer Sports does not provide immigration or legal advice unless expressly agreed in writing through a suitably qualified professional.

  • Unauthorized actions.

This provision does not require a Participant to indemnify GoZoer Sports for losses caused by GoZoer Sports' own liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

☐ I am responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance.

☐ I understand that GoZoer Sports is not an insurance company.

☐ I am responsible for complying with applicable laws and visa conditions.

☐ I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings.

☐ I have read and accepted the applicable GoZoer Sports Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Visa & Travel Disclaimer, Tournament & Event Rules, and Participant Code of Conduct.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

29. UPDATES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

30. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
